Who is eligible to ride?
You must reside in Wellesley, Wilmot & Woolwich Townships.
If the answer is “YES” to only ONE of the statements below, Kiwanis Transit can help you, (or someone you know) with transportation needs.
- 65 years of age or older (proof of age required)
- CNIB registrant (proof of registration required)
- Physically disabled
- Developmentally disabled
- Have a temporary disability that affects mobility
Transportation is
provided for:

employment

shopping

visiting
-
social activities
-
school
-
therapy

meetings, etc.

"Mobility Assessment Forms" are required by all applicants
under the age of 65 and/or as required by the transit.
Please submit this assessment form with your application.

Canadian Veterans (over the age of 65), are eligible to receive a lifetime
Kiwanis Transit pass for unlimited use of the service.
